Sonam Kapoor Sprinkles Off Royalty With Her Charms At Cousin, Priya Singh’s Wedding

Marriage in India is no less than a festival for the family. When it comes to the ceremonies, it’s not just about the bride and the groom but the whole family involve themselves. Everyone remains filled with excitement and enthusiasm and prepares every bit with full efforts and emotions. It is no different with our B-Town celebrities. When Priya Singh and Ranbir Batra got into a marital bond recently, Priya’s cousin and our B-Town’s  Aisha, Sonam Kapoor left no stones unturned to have a perfect look for her sister’s special day.

The actress wore an Anamika Khanna’s outfit in the haldi ceremony and spread a royal aura around herself. She also took to her Instagram handle to post few of the pictures and captioned it as, “An Old-fashioned gal.” On the day of the wedding, she donned a white frock with ruffled sleeves and her overall look reflected royalty at its best. These pictures were also posted by her on social media and were accompanied with the caption, “Summer weddings are the most romantic. Wedding ready in Outfit and shoes by @emiliawickstead Jewellery: @amrapalijewels Accessories: @philiptreacy.”

Earlier, she had also posted some other pictures from the wedding celebrations. The Raanjhana actress had a special message for her behna and jiju. She took to her Instagram handle and wrote, “The princess met her perfect soulmate and they lived happily ever after with all her dogs, eating the best food, the best wine and being merry! Thank you for the most beautiful time Priya didi and Ranbir! You make a beautiful pair! And a special tribute to both of you in the words of Tina Turner “You’re simply the best. Better than all the rest Better than anyone. Anyone I’ve ever met I’m stuck on your heart I hang on every word you say Tear us apart Baby, I would rather be dead.””

Sonam is already very well known for her fashion sense. Once in an interview, sharing her views over the fashion in this industry, she said, “When I came to the industry, I didn’t want to wear those bodycon dresses or Swarovski sarees. That wasn’t me at all. Like there are connoisseurs of wine or art, I understand clothes and designers. So, when I started creating my own style, I gave enough fodder for people to talk about. When you’re not trying to be someone else, the unique image sticks to you. I didn’t have to try too hard and people loved what I wore.”

Well, we hope Sonam keeps setting the fashion goals high and classy. Apart from this, we wish a very happy married life to the couple!
